Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
Order Cancellation
